Terms of Service

Welcome to Atlas One (https://useatlasone.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, control panel, cloud infrastructure, and game server hosting services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Merchant of Record & Reseller Disclosure Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries, handles returns, and processes secure payments on our behalf.

Account Registration & Security You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where available. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Automated Cloud & Game Server Services Provisioning: Atlas One provides automated, self-service cloud infrastructure (Virtual Private Servers) and managed game server hosting. Resources are provisioned programmatically upon successful payment verification.

No Human Labor or Consulting: Services are strictly limited to automated software and compute resource provisioning. We do not sell custom software development, bespoke network architecture, or standalone professional IT consulting services.

Subscriptions & Billing: Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to the pricing tier selected at checkout. You authorize Paddle to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date until canceled.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) You agree not to use the Atlas One network or infrastructure for any unlawful or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

Hosting, storing, or transmitting malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code.

Launching DDoS attacks, stress-testing, port scanning, or unauthorized network probing originating from your instance.

Operating unvetted public open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or commercial commercial VPN reselling operations without explicit authorization.

Hosting copyright-infringing material, unauthorized video streaming/IPTV redistribution, or participating in "bulletproof hosting" practices.

Cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized resource-intensive token generation on shared game server nodes.

Enforcement: Any violation of this AUP will result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without notice or refund.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas One and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services or any downtime, data loss, or infrastructure failure.
